Thank you for your donations!

Your computer donations help CFY improve the home learning environment of school children from low-income families.

Computers for Youth is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, and all donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Upon receipt of your donation, we will send you an acknowledgement letter for tax purposes.

Computer Donor Levels

CFY maintains five levels of partnerships for our computer donors. To see a list of donors, click here.

Donation Requirements

CFY only accepts donations of

30 or more complete computer systems (CPU and monitor)

at a time. To find organizations that will accept smaller donations, donations of older computers, or donations from individuals, click here.

We will accept any of the following computer equipment:

Pentium III personal computers (1 GHz or higher)
Monitors (15" or 17" SVGA monitors)
Printers (LaserJet or InkJet)
Pentium III Servers (1 GHz or higher)
Hard Drives (20 GB or higher)
Computer Parts - 32X or higher CD-ROM, DVD-ROM, CD-RW drives, PC memory (PC100, PC133, SD RAM)
56 kbps modems, NIC Cards

Shipping

CFY will make arrangements to pick up donations of

30 or more
